Req ID 89876 | Sakarya, Istanbul IS2, Türkiye, ZF CVS Turkey Fren Sistemleri Sanayi Ticaret Limited Şirketi    Cost Controller We are expanding our Finance, Accounting and Controlling team across Sakarya and looking for Cost Controller to join us in Sakarya with Division Commercial Vehicle Solutions.   About the team and role: Our Finance, Accounting & Controlling team in Sakarya supports the Commercial Vehicle Solutions division by ensuring transparent, accurate, and value‑driven financial steering. Working closely with product, sales, engineering, logistics, and purchasing teams, we manage the full cost‑controlling process for new and existing products. The team coordinates pricing requests, validates feasibility with technical departments, and ensures precise cost data entry and maintenance across all systems.   What you can look forward to as Cost Controller: Coordinate pricing requests for new products with product and sales teams and share technical drawings with engineering for feasibility assessment Collect cost-related data from engineering, logistics, and purchasing teams Enter or ensure accurate entry of cost data into relevant systems Verify the accuracy of fixed and variable costs in the cost model Prepare profitability analysis based on target sales prices and submit for approval and monitor raw material, labor, logistics, and packaging cost fluctuations and analyze deviations Prepare and present monthly product profitability reports to management Propose price updates in line with customer agreements and cost changes Review and evaluate price difference invoices in coordination with sales and accounting   Your profile as Cost Controller: Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields 8+ years of experience in cost analysis or controlling, preferably in manufacturing or automotive sectors Proficiency in SAP, MS Excel, and cost calculation tools Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset Good command of English (written and spoken)   Why you should choose ZF in Sakarya: Private Health Insurance Heat Allowance Child Allowance Ramadan and Sacrifice Allowance Annual Leave Allowance Marriage, Birth, Death Allowance Education Allowance (once a year for each student children)   At ZF, work-life balance is firmly embedded in our corporate culture, as confirmed by our certification as a family-friendly employer through the berufundfamilie audit.
