In this hands-on B2B role, you will help build AAML’s marketing function with a primary focus on digital strategy, content development, and sales collateral.
You will work closely with internal business, technical, and corporate communications teams, as well as external agencies, to strengthen AAML’s brand presence and support demand generation.
The role also includes marketing support for 2–3 exhibitions annually and coordination across AAML’s three businesses: Human Protection, Composites, and Industrials.
Key Responsibilities
Develop a prioritised digital marketing plan aligned with business goals, target customers, and available budgets.
Manage day-to-day digital activity across website, SEO, LinkedIn, email, and paid campaigns, including content planning and coordination with agencies.
Track engagement, enquiries, and lead sources, and use insights to improve content, channel choices, and spend.
Work with sales and technical teams to understand products, applications, and customer needs, and translate these into clear, credible customer messages.
Write and edit website copy, brochures, pitch decks, case studies, sample-book content, social posts, and video scripts for priority audiences and markets.
Brief and review design, photography, and video work, ensuring technical claims are validated before publication.
Maintain an organised library of current, approved collateral and incorporate feedback from sales teams.
Manage agency briefs, timelines, quality, and agreed budgets for assigned projects, while coordinating internal inputs and approvals.
Keep AAML’s messaging and visual identity consistent across materials, working with the CSMO and corporate communications.
Contribute content for PR and leadership communications as required.
Coordinate marketing for 2–3 exhibitions annually, including event messaging, collateral, pre-event promotion, display and booth briefs, and lead capture.
Work with vendors on production and logistics, and with sales on post-event follow-up.
