Develop & mentor Team for next level   Core Job Responsibilities Facilitate Team members to achieve their Territory wise Coaching TBM on various on the Job aspects Developing TBMs field effectiveness     Supervisory/Management Responsibilities Monitoring of effort parameter and execution of strategies Monitoring Brand wise & Value wise Month on Month Sales progression Effective communicator & Analytical Skill People Manager     Position Accountability / Scope Limited to Area/Geography of operation   Minimum Education BSc/B.Pharma background Post Graduate/Graduated from any other background with sound education and performance track record     Minimum Experience/Training Required Candidate with prior/current experience of 2 to 4 Years of First Line manager in same therapy.
