Mandatory Certifications ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – Discovery & Service Mapping (CIS-DF) Any additional CIS certification preferred .
