Role: TA Operations Specialist Summary: The TA Operations Specialist will be part of the HR Shared Services team, providing operational support across Talent Acquisition and HR processes for APAC and Europe regions. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality services throughout the employee lifecycle, including interview scheduling, offer management, onboarding, time and absence, benefits support, payroll inputs, and offboarding activities. The role works closely with Talent Acquisition, HR, Payroll, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery, process excellence, and enhanced employee experience. The ideal candidate demonstrates a continuous improvement mindset and is passionate about leveraging technology, AI, and automation to improve operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities 3 - 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition Operations, HR Operations, or HR Shared Services. Support end-to-end Talent Acquisition operational activities from interview scheduling through onboarding. Coordinate interviews with candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and interview panels across multiple regions. Prepare letters, employment contracts, and pre-hire documentation. Manage onboarding documentation and support pre-joining activities. Provide operational support for employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, transfers, and offboarding. Support benefits administration and respond to employee inquiries related to HR processes. Process and validate payroll-related inputs to ensure accuracy and timely submission. Support offboarding activities and ensure completion of required documentation and system transactions. Partner with Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, Payroll, and COEs to ensure effective service delivery. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to simplify and automate HR processes. Leverage AI tools, automation, and digital solutions to improve service delivery, productivity, and employee experience. Create and maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures. Skills Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and data accuracy. Experience working with HR systems such as Workday, ServiceNow, or similar platforms. Exposure to AI tools, workflow automation, or process improvement initiatives is an added advantage. Shift : General shift (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM), with flexibility to support Europe business hours (1:00 PM to 10:00 PM) as required.
