Job Description: GenAI Trainee / Junior AI Engineer **Company:** Coducer Technologies Private Limited **Location:** Salem, Tamil Nadu **Employment Type:** Full-Time **Experience:** Freshers About the Role We are looking for a motivated and technically sound local candidate who is eager to build a career in Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI. The selected candidate will undergo structured training and work on real-world AI projects, including AI-powered applications, automation solutions, and intelligent AI agents. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with strong programming fundamentals, a problem-solving mindset, and a willingness to learn and grow in the rapidly evolving field of GenAI. Key Responsibilities - Learn and work with Generative AI technologies, Large Language Models (LLMs), and AI-powered applications. - Assist in developing AI agents, chatbots, and intelligent automation solutions. - Work with Python and relevant AI/ML libraries under the guidance of senior developers. - Explore and integrate LLM APIs and frameworks into business applications. - Assist with prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI workflow development. - Collaborate with the technical team to develop, test, and deploy AI solutions. - Research emerging AI technologies and apply them to practical business use cases. - Participate in technical training, project assignments, and continuous learning activities. Required Skills - Basic knowledge of Python or another programming language. - Understanding of programming fundamentals, data structures, and logical problem-solving. - Familiarity with APIs, databases, and web technologies is an advantage. - Strong analytical thinking and a willingness to learn new technologies. - Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively. - Self-motivated, adaptable, and committed to continuous learning. Preferred Qualifications - B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, AI/ML, or a related discipline. - Academic projects, internships, or personal projects in Python, AI, machine learning, or automation. - Basic exposure to ChatGPT, LLMs, prompt engineering, or AI tools is an added advantage. - Candidates with a strong technical foundation and learning aptitude are encouraged to apply, even without prior GenAI experience. Candidate Preference - Candidates based in Salem or nearby locations are preferred. - Must be willing to work from the Salem office. - Should be interested in building long-term expertise in Generative AI and AI agent development.
