About the role As a Staff Software Engineer at Fluxon , you’ll play a key role in shaping the technical direction of our engineering organization. This is a highly senior, hands-on leadership position where you’ll partner closely with company and engineering leadership to influence strategy, guide architectural decisions, and elevate our overall engineering practice. All Staff Engineers write production code, and everyone joins Fluxon as an individual contributor before stepping into project leadership or management.
