Network & Microsoft 365 Administrator

4–6 years | Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a hands-on Network & Microsoft 365 Administrator to manage and secure our IT environment for users across multiple locations. The role requires strong experience with ManageEngine tools , Microsoft 365 design and administration , endpoint security, and DLP implementation. Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and manage Microsoft 365 (Azure AD/Entra ID, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, MFA, Conditional Access) Implement and manage ManageEngine DLP and endpoint management solutions Manage Active Directory, user access, onboarding/offboarding Remote management, patching, and maintenance of laptops/desktops Manage antivirus, endpoint security, and data protection policies Maintain IT audits for hardware, software, licenses, and access Manage secure networks across locations Mandatory Skills Hands-on experience with ManageEngine (DLP / Endpoint Central) Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 design, implementation & administration Experience in endpoint security, patch management, and audits Basic networking and security knowledge Preferred Microsoft certifications (M365 / Azure) Experience managing IT for multi-location team Details
