It is a 2-year intensive and comprehensive program which brings you various opportunities to develop the project management skills, gain PRC exposure and pursue your career development in Construction Materials industry and become a future leader within our Company. Suitable candidates will be offered a structured development program covering a wide range of training opportunities through workshops, assignments, project exposure, mentoring, performance reviews and management presentations. This program will also provide you with a taste of the business diversity and prepare you for future challenges. After the 2-year job rotation among various business functions, you will have a final placement at a designated department/business unit.
