Desktop support experience ITIL framework knowledge Technical experience Basic Java scripting knowledge. L1 & L2 server support (Windows service starts, stops, restarts). L2 IT Servicedesk support & Queue monitoring. Code promotion and migration (DLL & Class files). Autosys tool scheduling support and administration, hands-on experience in either one: CA WLA (Workload Automation) BMC Control-M (Helix) Cloud based infrastructure (IAAS) support awareness. Incident creation and handling using ITIL based ticketing tool. Active directory management. Team player.
