Delivery Manager
As a Delivery Manager you'll play a critical role in driving the end-to-end delivery of technology and risk solution initiatives across a global, cross-functional team. You will ensure projects stay on track, aligned to quarterly plans, and delivered with quality — bridging the gap between strategic priorities and day-to-day execution.
You'll thrive in this position if you're highly organized, an effective communicator, and energized by coordinating complex programs across multiple regions and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate project planning and execution by coordinating with stakeholders to define goals, scope, timelines, and deliverables, and monitoring progress to ensure on-time delivery within scope.
Maintain and manage delivery planning items, proactively raising risks and issues to relevant stakeholders and escalating where needed to keep initiatives on track.
Support quarterly release planning and retrospective sessions, helping teams reflect on delivery performance and prepare for upcoming cycles.
Organize and facilitate recurring team meetings, planning sessions, and cross-functional alignment calls to drive accountability and clear communication.
Partner with the product and program management team to implement and uphold project management best practices, frameworks, and change management processes.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
3+ years of experience in delivery management, program management, or project coordination role.
Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working within Agile delivery frameworks.
Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholder relationships across regions.
Fluency in English, with demonstrated experience collaborating effectively in global, matrixed environments.
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with project tracking and planning tools.
Experience in risk management, financial services, or a regulated industry (e.g., liquidity risk, ESG, capital risk).
This position will be located in Poland and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
