Remediation Engineer

The ideal candidate is a well-rounded infrastructure engineer with MSP experience who is comfortable working across multiple technologies and client environments. While networking experience is important, the role is not focused solely on networking. We're looking for someone who can independently execute technical remediation work, implement best practices, improve client security posture, and assist with proactive infrastructure initiatives. Responsibilities Security vulnerability remediation Infrastructure hardening and best practice implementation Microsoft 365 and Entra ID administration Active Directory management Server administration and troubleshooting Firewall and switch configuration Azure and cloud platform support Patching, upgrades, and system maintenance Technical implementations, migrations, and configuration changes Documentation and client environment improvement initiatives Requirements Strong Microsoft 365 experience Active Directory administration Windows Server administration Firewall and networking fundamentals Azure experience Troubleshooting across multiple infrastructure platforms Strong communication and documentation skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced MSP environment Benefits Benefits: Company Christmas gift Paid training Pay raise Work from home Schedule: 8 hour shift Evening shift Supplemental Pay: 13th month salary Overtime pay Performance bonus Originally posted on Himalayas
