A Day in the Life The Cranial & Spinal Technologies (CST) Operating Unit provides a portfolio of spinal implants, navigation and robotic guidance systems, advanced imaging technologies, and surgical planning solutions used in complex spine and cranial procedures. The Surgical Synergy portfolio combines procedural solutions and capital technologies designed to support healthcare providers in improving workflow efficiency and clinical outcomes. This Territory Manager position is responsible for driving adoption of the Surgical Synergy (Spine) portfolio within an assigned territory through customer engagement, account development, and clinical support. The role is based in Hyderabad and is an onsite field-based position requiring regular travel within the assigned city and nearby areas to support customers, attend cases, and develop business opportunities. Job Description field As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for growing the Surgical Synergy (Spine) business within an assigned territory by developing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering solutions that meet customer needs. This role partners closely with clinical and commercial stakeholders to support account growth, drive portfolio adoption, and achieve business objectives. Primary Responsibilities Drive sales of the Surgical Synergy (Spine) portfolio within assigned accounts and territory to achieve or exceed sales objectives. Develop and execute territory business plans, including account prioritisation, opportunity identification, and quarterly business reviews. Build and maintain relationships with surgeons, operating room staff, hospital administrators, and other key stakeholders. Identify, prospect, and convert new customer opportunities while expanding utilisation within existing accounts. Collaborate with application specialists and cross-functional teams to support customer education, product adoption, and procedural success. Monitor market dynamics, competitive activities, and customer trends to identify growth opportunities and provide market insights. Manage consignment and loaner inventory in accordance with company guidelines and business requirements. Maintain accurate sales activities, customer interactions, forecasting, and reporting while ensuring compliance with company policies and ethical standards. Required Qualifications High School Diploma (or equivalent) and 6+ years of experience, OR Associate's Degree and 4+ years of experience, OR Bachelor's Degree and 2+ years of experience in medical device sales, healthcare sales, clinical support, medtech, life sciences, or related commercial healthcare environments. Experience selling medical devices, capital equipment, healthcare technologies, or clinical solutions within a customer-facing role. Experience developing and managing customer accounts with responsibility for achieving sales targets. Ability to travel regularly within the assigned territory to support customer needs and business objectives. Demonstrated ability to maintain accurate sales reporting, territory planning, and account management activities.
