**SR AI RISK ENGINEER** **Experience: 5–8 Years** **Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire / Full-Time Employment** **Location: Bangalore, Bellandur** **Work Mode: Work From Office (4 Days a Week)** **Contract Duration: 12 Months** **Budget: Up to ₹1.2 Lakh per Month** **Shift Timings: 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM** **JOB SUMMARY** We are looking for an experienced Senior AI Risk Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in machine learning development and deployment. The ideal candidate should have proficiency in Python and SQL, practical experience with DataRobot and Databricks Machine Learning, and a solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, feature engineering, model validation, and statistical analysis. The candidate will work on developing and deploying machine learning solutions for forecasting, anomaly detection, predictive maintenance, asset performance optimisation, and classification and regression use cases. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** **MACHINE LEARNING MODEL DEVELOPMENT** Design, develop, train, evaluate, and validate machine learning models for various business and operational use cases. Build models for forecasting, anomaly detection, predictive maintenance, asset performance optimisation, classification, and regression. Apply supervised and unsupervised learning techniques to solve real-world problems. **DATA PREPARATION & FEATURE ENGINEERING** Develop feature engineering and data preparation pipelines using Python-based machine learning frameworks. Perform statistical analysis and model validation to ensure model accuracy and reliability. Prepare and process datasets for effective model training and deployment. **DATA ANALYSIS & INSIGHTS** Analyse large-scale operational and industrial datasets to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights. Use data-driven approaches to support predictive analytics and operational decision-making. Evaluate model performance and identify opportunities for improvement. **MACHINE LEARNING TOOLS & TECHNOLOGIES** Use DataRobot and Databricks Machine Learning for machine learning development and implementation. Apply strong Python and SQL programming skills to develop and manage machine learning workflows. Contribute to the development and deployment of machine learning solutions in alignment with project requirements. **CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS** 5–8 years of hands-on experience developing and deploying machine learning solutions. Strong programming skills in Python and SQL. Hands-on experience with DataRobot and Databricks Machine Learning. Strong understanding of supervised and unsupervised learning techniques. Experience with time-series forecasting, feature engineering, model validation, and statistical analysis. Ability to develop and evaluate machine learning models for forecasting, anomaly detection, predictive maintenance, and classification/regression problems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Willingness to work from the Bellandur office in Bangalore four days a week.
