Senior Executive

We are seeking a Senior Executive to lead the Credit Control function within our Insurance P&C vertical. The role requires fluency in Spanish to manage collections, cash application, and dispute resolution for our Spanish‑speaking client base, ensuring timely cash flow and compliance with policy guidelines. Oversee end‑to‑end credit control activities for Spanish‑language accounts. Manage collections, cash application, and reconciliation processes. Coordinate with underwriting and underwriting finance to assess credit risk. Resolve payment disputes and liaise with customers in Spanish. Monitor aging reports and implement action plans to reduce DSO. Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Prepare and present credit control performance metrics to senior management. Support process improvement initiatives and automation projects. Train and mentor junior team members on credit control best practices. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (billing, finance, claims) to streamline cash flow. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field. 1+ years of experience in credit control, collections, or cash application. Fluent in Spanish (written and spoken) with strong business communication skills. Hands‑on experience with insurance P&C credit processes preferred. Proficiency in ERP/financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office. Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills. Knowledge of Indian financial regulations and insurance industry standards. Ability to work independently and handle high‑pressure situations. Detail‑oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
