Senior Product Analyst

Have you worked with mobile app analytics and used data to shape product decisions?

At Isha Foundation, we're looking for a Senior Product Analyst who can turn data into meaningful insights and help enhance digital experiences that make yoga and meditation accessible to people across the world.

A key requirement: hands-on experience in mobile app product analytics is essential. We're looking for someone who has worked directly with a mobile app as a product, analysed user behaviour, and translated insights into meaningful product improvements. Experience limited to general data analysis, MIS reporting, or dashboard development may not be sufficient for this role.

What we're looking for

• Hands-on experience in mobile app product analytics and user behaviour analysis.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel.
• Experience with Tableau, QlikView, Power BI, or similar data visualization tools.
• Exposure to Python or R, machine learning algorithms, and modelling techniques.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

What you'll work on

• Analyse complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Understand user behaviour and generate insights that support product decisions.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and identify opportunities to improve digital products and processes.
• Build insightful reports and visualizations to communicate findings to leadership.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to solve problems and support data-driven decisions.
