Your account is yours for life — it is never tied to a college or an employer.
Is Recroid free for me?+
Yes, and it stays free: your account and the features you use today are free forever. Every jobseeker is on Pro at no cost until 28 February 2027; after that Pro simply adds optional extras.
How do I get matched to jobs?+
Complete your profile and upload a resume. The feed ranks live openings by skill fit; Job alerts email you fresh matches; Auto-Apply can apply to strong matches for you once you switch it on under Settings.
I am a student — where are my campus drives?+
Link your college email under Settings → Campus & Placements. Drives, offers, shared openings and your placement cell's messages then appear under Campus Drives.
Who can see my profile?+
Recruiters only see you in talent search when you turn on Open to Work, and they never see your contact details until you share them. You can also hide from talent search entirely under Settings → Profile.
How do I download my data or delete my account?+
Settings → Privacy & data has export, consent controls and account deletion.
Hiring teams
One workspace for roles, pipeline, assessments, interviews and e-signed offers.
What does it cost?+
Free for everyone until 28 February 2027. After that a flat ₹6,000 a month or ₹60,000 a year per company — unlimited candidates and unlimited team seats. Card (Stripe) or UPI / netbanking (Razorpay).
How do I invite my team?+
Settings → Team. Hiring managers and interviewers get their own logins and see only what their role needs.
Can I bring my agencies?+
Yes — Settings → Agencies gives each agency a private submission link; their candidates land in your inbox with attribution and de-duplication.
How do campus drives work?+
Partner with a college under Partners → Universities, then request a drive on a published role. The placement cell approves, invites eligible students, and runs the day from their console.
Is e-sign included?+
Yes, natively. Offers are signed on a Recroid link with a sealed PDF — no per-envelope fees.

How do I get set up?+
Settings → Setup guide walks the Head Placement Officer through season, departments, policy, team, roster, companies, past placements, consent and outcomes — and ticks itself off as data lands.
Do all students need a login?+
No. Import the whole roster and onboard only the batches you want; the rest stay on the roster without a login until you onboard them.
Who sees what?+
Head PO sees everything; department leads manage their departments; faculty are read-only for theirs; management sees aggregate dashboards only. Every change is in the audit log.
Can several colleges work together?+
Yes — an association can invite member colleges, run pool drives once across all of them, and see outcomes as counts. Records stay with each college.
Billing
Everyone is on Pro for free until 28 February 2027. Paying early is optional. Manage plans and invoices under Settings → Plan & billing.
